My name is Niamatullah Rekazai, The director of Afghanistan Blinds management (ABM). I was consider as disable because I was blind. I always thought about my communities’ vulnerability, especially the women, girls, children and disables. As a responsible individual, I done a lot of work for the betterment of the health, economic situation, disability inclusion, Women/Children rights protection.I have provided my assistance for establishment of various networks of women and disables, but individually it was not possible to achieve the goal and standards which was set out for myself, therefore I have established and officially registered an organization where I could manage my work in a well and organized manner Afghanistan Blinds Management is finally established in 2002 with the purpose of delivering individuals and communities with chances to recover their lives and achieve their full potential in the field of Education, Social Well-being, disability inclusion, Vocational, agriculture, Training, Violence against Women, Reconstruction, Health trainings to educate the community, include the people with disabilities and to reduce the poverty by serving people of Afghanistan. ABM is always focused on inclusion the disable people in every program at design stage, to include and encourage the disable people to raise their voices and to have their basic rights according to the UN convention, international and national rules and regulations. ABM will always keep its struggles and take the esponsibility toward the communities within Afghanistan for their support and assistant with the collaboration and cooperation of other bodies and donors.
